Motivation: Farmers in this pilot site need carbon calculations to understand how sustainable the impact of their farms is and benchmark their results to conventional farming practices. Indeed, adopting regenerative practices requires a different management approach compared to traditional agriculture.

Technology to test: ENVIRONMENTAL PROGRESS, PROFITABILITY & PROVENANCE TOOL (tech.#2), designed to recognise and reward some agricultural and livestock management practices that bring benefits to the environment and society.

Expected Outcome: The environmental valorisation of their farms fostered by regenerative agriculture will help them sell their products as premium, access green loans, and generate and sell carbon credits.
