Need help in finding funding and support for your rural area development? The European Union developed a comprehensive online guide for you: the Rural Toolkit.
This guide is unique since it is the first time that something like this has been developed. During the online launch event on the 6th of February, from 10:30 to 12:00 CET, the tool will be presented with a live demo.
The Rural toolkit is an initiative of the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Regional and Urban Policy (DG REGIO) and Joint Research Centre (JRC), in collaboration with the Directorate-General for Agriculture and Rural Development (DG AGRI), and reflects a long-term vision for the rural areas development.
During the event, along with the tool presentation and demonstration, two case studies will be presented:
- Regenerative development in rural areas
- The rural tourism for competitiveness
This is a great chance for rural projects and entities, and GUARDIANS will attend to learn more about the Rurual Toolkit and its potential. The event is free and the agenda and registration form are available on the Rural Toolkit webpage.
